, do you find it easier to rent per room or level vs to a family, how do you set your rents to manage risk (do you stick to 1 year leases, or 6 months and then just ride on a month to month in case if someone turns out to be a dud, etc.....and I've never tried STR in the NOVA area.

It doesn't make it any less distressing, and I imagine you are on the same ride. 80% pissed off and trying to find out where this a hole lives now and 20% terrified about losing and making payments to someone for the rest of your life.My case dragged on for a year and a half, maybe three until it settled a few days before an actual court appearance for what the insurance company originally offered the plaintiff.

My thought process is that once the light rail is operational, very close by, I can turn it into an airBNB and have a nice little place just a few minute ride from all of downtown's attractions.

They have monthly meetings in Cromwell, Ct.Dave Lindahl has spoken twice at this event, since I became a member.The last time he spoke, he claimed that he doesn't travel the USA anymore to promote and sell his programs.He hired someone else to do the seminars, and sell his programs.He is from the Springfield, Mass area, so a ride to Cromwell, Ct is only a few hours.A few people boast about how successful they have been, using his various programs, that he sells.
