This house seems like it was one what was put together quickly and not very good quality so things are breaking pretty regularly.

They should be able to send you a report for calls for service which you can then review.Ask if you can speak to a patrol officer who works in that area regularly.  

This would save on space in the compact areas meant for securing personal belongings and sleeping.

Under no circumstance should you just wait for her to leave. if she is leaving soon, make sure you understand the laws surrounding returning security deposits as well.

Wow another story in Ontario were you did not receive the security deposit at closing.

I would give them their security deposit back if they would go early so we can get in and start working. 

Its just a credit builder secured loan.I have a car note that is current.I have unpaid rent and fees from 2012 of about $2k.I am making payments on the last two years of taxes.

Agree you don't need to open a commercial account to do this, just open a regular checking account and credit card, and only use them for the property.
