It is a North DFW area home with great access to 75, 121 and highway 5.  

I have a great broker who presented me all 6 of my first real estate investment deals (all located in Miami Beach and North of Brickell that turned out great!!

Anybody knows of a lender working with the FannyMae delayed financing exception rule in the Triangle area of NC? I would like to take equity out of a cash deal to finance the next one.

I also think its worth noting that it is a rehabber that works 50-100 miles north of here that is selling the property.

I'm heading back that way in ten months or so and will be looking to do the same, just farther north.

Currently I only market for properties on the north side but if I ever come across anything on the South Hill I can let you know through my buyers list at SpokaneDiscountProperties.com

Generally Im trying to stay north of 95th, but there are some good deals directly east of broad ripple.
