New home as of 2011 that I need to sell because of a move

I have a beautiful home, in a wonderful neighborhood that I need to sell quickly.  I am moving at the end of the month and after 4 weeks of my house being on the market I have no offers.  I am looking for a business that buys newer homes with nothing wrong.  It is a North DFW area home with great access to 75, 121 and highway 5.
