That act rids the property of any junior liens (except certain Tax liens and perhaps mechanic's liens).Once the foreclosure has taken place and the lender owns the property (and after the redemption period) then the property is now considered "REO."

A few months ago I found a mentor simply by calling on a bandit sign and asking the guy for help and although it isn't what I was hoping it would be, I'm grateful for his help and his sincerity.
