To find an answer to that question you will have to think about how much time you have in order to sell your properties and how much you want to get for them and then find a happy medium.

Hello all,After talking with a friend of a friend about the lack of simple alternative to solutions for large investors I'm debating having some property management software built for owners of small to medium sized lots.  

     I have a good friend that does well in the Baltimore market with what we call "medium term" furnished rentals.  

Others are so specialized as to only participate in, say, medium end nursing facilities - only.My observation is that people tend to stick with the business model they know until they are forced to change it or die.

That would provide a faithful medium of exchange in the event of a currency crisis.Two (digital) cents worth.
