Oklahoma City or Tulsa OK

In you opinion which is the best market to invest in and why? OKC or Tulsa? We are moving in June 2018. We are trying to decide between Oklahoma city or Tulsa, We have family in both areas. My gut is telling me that OKC has more to offer as far as investing in Real Estate. Please give me you feedback. Also what are the key points to look for when choosing a market?

Thank you

@Jasen Pyles

We like OKC.

-bigger market

-trending positive

-great cash flow properties

-OKC is just more cool than Tulsa (we might be biased)
