Cost of Second Story addition to Cape Cod style home!

Hello! My husband an I bought our home July 2012. We would like to build a second story addition onto our cape cod style home. Our home is 1440 sq ft and is a 1.5 story home.

We would like our addition to include an additional bedroom and master bathroom.

What costs are we looking at for our addition? We have not purchased any design plans. We are at the very beginning stages of our addition project.

We live in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA.
