You can enter for a lower price, learn the management process, and just get a feel for real estate investing without taking on a huge project.

When use garbage data one will only get a garbage analysis. 

There is a vetting process for members, which helps to keep the quality high, but a downside is that it's not as big as other groups. 

They are also very familiar with the short sale process.

So far I got the Chase Ink card, but the funding process is moving very slowly and with very, very low limits.I hope that clarifies where I'm at in my head (still trying to figure this out!)

At this point in the process it's time to protect your asset. 

Sounds like some made up certification by someone so they can sell you a course, and maybe upsell you some other crap in the process.

who can execute the process when it is an owner finance transaction? 

Do you have a good way to collect this type of data (Vacancy rate, Typicla FICO score, trade lines, etc.)?
