Hi Nicole,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.

betly - what you'll find is there isn't anyone out there that's going to hold your hand unless - you really look for them.and i don't mean paying 10k for coaching or bootcamps.

What is your fee to teach those who can acquire the info from places like this.Not knocking those that coach, but do you coach for free or are you focused on the making money by coaching those who are new.I am just wondering also do you own any real estate.

They never followed up with their weekend coaching and refused to refund my money.
