these are short sales experts and they sell there programs for about $1000 and up. Has anybody had any experience with these programs.

They can be bought second hand for about $450. How good are they and do they what what a person needs to succeed in short sales ????

I mean documentation and the process A-Z. Can this information really be used in any situation.

I am in northern virginia, I have been marketing short sales but am looking for more assistance in this matter. maybe these courses are the solution.

I did dozens of short sales back in the day, before I knew any better.....now I would kill myself before I did one.

If short sales are going to be your niche, make sure you have plenty of time and patience and enjoy sitting on the phone for hours.

Regarding the courses, I own Dwan's course and it is pretty good.
