As a probate specialist and advisor to the CA legal community, I can assure you that a  buyer acquiring a property from an estate does NOT need to to consult an attorney under normal circumstances. 

Most of them are also an electrical wiring nightmare that could go up in flames at any minute.Rob K - My home inspector has assured me that the electrical was done correctly, and the B-Dry installers said that it will not need to be removed in order to install the waterproofing system.Assuming the basement is finished correctly what is your objection to finishing the basement and adding square footage?

Brandon, I can assure you things become more and more clear the longer you stick around.

They are planning this out over 6 months away, they might never leave but if you continue with you current path I can assure you they will.
