It is also true that America is a *very* different place than any other country of the world.America doesn't belong to any race or people, even though it was English people that started it.

This cannot be viewed as discriminatory because, like everyone above said, she does not fall under a protected class (i.e. familial status, race, etc.).

Thus there is little value assigned to this function and there is a race to the bottom to cut deal fees and overhead.

I used to give a lot of time trying to help people years ago and the satisfaction was seeing them break free from the rat race and achieving something special.
