Has anyone found a bank that will allow a cash out refinance under 6 months? I called around a dozen banks today and not a single loan officer had heard of it. I wonder if I'm wasting my time.

I had been hounding the company for details for about a month so I could ask for the right days off of work and I subsequently asked for a refund, as I couldn't maneuver my way to a conference in Toronto on such short notice.

A notice filed of an option does not prevent it from being sold, neither does a ROFR, as you can't hold a seller to an open term for such a right, you make the offer to sell, they don't buy within the time frame which is required for a good ROFR and if they don't buy the seller is free to sell.
