Laundry, showers, dishwashing, etc. are good to go.

I'm upgrading my units and putting in convenience things (Dishwashers, Garbage Grinders) and Wow factors (Stainless appliances) in the kitchens.

So in a few weeks will need a full set of appliances: fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and fan.

If it's a hard freeze like we've had here upstate you can write off the plumbing & HW tank.If it has a dishwasher or washing machine the respective pumps are probably shot.If it has a Boiler there's a good chance that it & any ancillary piping is also damaged. 

Some people will pour grease down the drain and follow it with Dawn dishwashing liquid.
