Start Brokerage Vs Buy Franchise Vs Start A RE Team

Im just curious what some of the agents and brokers think as the way to go to grow your agent side of the business. Id generally be against starting my own brokerage, since I think that is probably the hardest way to go, creating a brand and a business from scratch. @James Wise I know that is the route you have gone. Anyone on here have experience buying a franchise, and if so what brand you went with. I feel that Remax and KW, offer pretty good franchise opportunities. Also any thoughts about just going the RE team route. This is the easiest model, and has worked incredibly well for a lot of my colleagues. I ws on a team myself for a year and a half at one point, and while I didnt necessarily like being a member of a team, I think the profitability of owning a team would make it worthwhile. @Dawn Brenengen Ill tag you for your thoughts as well.
