From what I understand, I would report interest income from my parents and interest expense back to pay the HELOC loan (making it a net zero wash for me).

Maybe the Tenant invited a couple friends in to wash each other's backs and they exceeded the weight.

I can’t comment on market demand for 63112 as I don’t invest there,  but generally the areas near the Wash U North Campus and south of Cabanne Ave. are the better areas.  

If this guy, nice as he was, was making money selling real estate and was so busy as he claimed, why was he putting so much effort and money towards selling education every week in a city a plane ride away?
