Triggering due on sale?

One LLC was formed in the state of Wyoming as a partnership to hold my IL LLC as a single member which holds my properties.

Have any of you used partnerships on your first deal?

I spent a ton of time researching and connecting before finding someone I trusted and pulling the trigger. 

Hey @Tom Keller That amount is going to be tough to squeeze out much cash flow here in Raleigh unless you are getting into a partnership deal.

That way you really get to know that market and you'll feel more confident pulling the trigger once you find the right property.
