I was curious if anyone else has used rentigo.com for property management, and more specifically, online rent collection. 

I've got no money for marketing, so I'm D4D in my spare time and researching owners online.

The vast majority of C class renters do not see their incomes rising at the same speed the cost of living does.

Try the court records, should by online by this day and age, and search case numbers sequentially.

Get very familiar with the laws which are readily aviallable on line.  

Sadly, some people on here (as with any online site), either want to puff up their reputation by answering questions, but don't necessarily have the full information, understand our local markets here, etc.

From everything I have read online so far, it looks like I'm most interested in rehabs, either for flipping or  to hold onto as rental properties.
