Because the condition of the building has deteriorated requiring substantial renovation she decided to stop renting it out after the last tenant moved 2-3 years ago.

Crazily though, last week I got closing documents that had none of the lender fees - the closing company hadn't communicated with the lender in weeks and completely forgot there was a lender involved. 

Frank certainly is too but over the last several years has fallen into a lot of derogatory and politicized commentary and just plain hate speech against journalists, politicians, tenants, affordable housing groups and just about anyone who doesn't line up exactly to what he wants the mobile home industry to be.
