If you want to improve your community's appeal, donate time, money or property ... coach the little league team, buy and plant flowers in the town park every spring.If you are dealing with any other professional such as a lender, appraiser, tradesperson etc and if they need to know be upfront and tell them you buy, fix and flip homes, or buy and rent homes to make a profit.IMHO Mission Statements are a waste of time.

If we flipped it, we would definitely need to redo the bathroom and kitchen... but for a rental they would fly.We put in new waterproof plank flooring, replaced the doors, blinds,  and spent about $600 to get some simple plumbing and AC fixes done, and replaced the electrical outlets and switches with updated ones...
