When I try to get to the thread by navigating to the forum it's in, it isn't in there, even though it's the most recently edited thread in the group.

To prove it, we even share our feedback forms (un-edited) onto a website for people too see for themselves what others are saying.

(also @j scott bc your flipping book is my bible and why I'm getting my license, but didn't see this issue addressed)(EDIT: for some reason i couldn't tag.)

Edited to add: we buy properties there for $110k-$130k to make sure we have a healthy profit margin and tenants always pay for their own heat/electricity. 

I know someone that sold a retail store and 1031'ed it into a retail strip rehab and is getting great returns.

You can edit that so that it is no charge to the tenants, just remove the credit check option on the initial application.
