Good afternoon,

My name is Todd, I'm 31 years old and originally from Cleveland, OH. I earned a bachelors degree in construction management from BGSU in 2004 and have worked in the construction industry since that time. After 8-9 years of traveling I've finally settled down in the Northern Kentucky area and am making arrangements to purchase my first rental property.

That said I've been researching anything and everything I can and came across the BP website. Lots of good information shared by knowledgeable people.

Anyways...just wanted to say "hello"!
