This will create some desperation and blame games from sellers, but it won't be a ton.

Or, since the properties will be cheaper in AZ and TX, I might be able to do owner financing for desperate sellers.

Using this scope of work, as well as visiting the property numerous times with our contractor (who I connected with through BP, thanks Zech Evans), we were able to drop the price another 10,000 to accommodate the desperately needed new windows.

The floorboards groaned unevenly, doors were missing off hinges, shingles clung desperately to the roof and a smell hung in the interior which begged consideration.

Of course, the exception is still the desperate and ignorant - the most common prey for the wholesaler - which, by the way, is illegal in MA, unless you double close.
