It might not be mine, (because I look like my cousin or brother so I'll use his) or It will have my photo on there with someone else's name.  

Direct mail is still #1 in my opinion but internet marketing and social media are catching up. you should expect a 1-3% response route, but it is possible to send out 500+ and get a good response if you're list is very targeted.

Would love to hear everyone's opinions on this deal and hopefully we can catch something I may be missing.

And please forgive the photo on company web site, it was taken 2 weeks before my participation in St Baldrick's  event last year so I saw no need for a haircut.

Some companies will nickel and dime you for additional photos, length of listing, yard signs, lockboxes, etc.

Use the @ tag and maybe you can catch his attention for the good feedback!

Hi,I am working on my first rehab, and would like my staircase to look similar to the photo I attached.Would love to hear where you buy these.

But the catch is the money that is used, cost money and the person usually gets their money back plus additional money for the hassle.

We need more units constructed to catch up with demand, not fewer.

I also make sure that I take lots of photos prior to occupancy and during inspections so that we keep up on how the lawn is or isn't being maintained.
