BiggerPockets is a guru at what it does for BiggerPockets and it's free to chat and explore new ideas and relationships.  10K is a drop in the bucket if you have the desire and will to make that turn into 500k, so don't get twisted as passive income you will not work for and make mistakes.People charge 10k for single-family wholesaling I have looked at many programs as I didn't know where to start and think of the mistake I would have made if I bought the wholesaling program. 

And because of this, this is why so many people start with wholesaling. 

I want to focus more on raising capital through wholesaling and then invest in some multifamily housing in the central Florida area.

This does incredible damage not only to our businesses (yes more than one as they are ripping off our SEO business and our wholesaling and flipping business).I am asking the community for support to put an end to these kinds of shady ways to do business.

For me, I've shifted to wholesaling mobile homes which I really enjoy.

I have heard this story about that company in Dallas specifically I know they are in multiple markets.Your lender should have helped you with some of this.and for sure you cant take anyones word for it.. you must check the due diligences box's yourself.. that goes for any wholesaler or like new western a wholesaling brokerage..
