I would like to use this life adjustment as a catalyst for my entrance into real-estate. 

Unless you are someone who is going to take advantage of the leverage offered in an FHA loan, I am generally in favor of purchasing investment real estate in an LLC.  

It's all about building trust and relationships, and in the long run, that will pay off way more than just trying to squezze a specific deal.

It sounds like you have a great background for investing as well as assisting other real estate investors in buying suitable real estate.

If the complaint is legit, the offender will be cited and you can use that as evidence for a violation letter, termination, or eviction.Second, if the offense is real, I recommend starting with a written warning.

BiggerPockets has a decent system for finding a real estate broker in any given area.
