Introduction to Phoenix
Who Am I:
Hi, I’m Daniel Carrillo, an industrial engineer from Seattle, WA. I recently relocated to Arizona, drawn by its rapid industrial growth, particularly in high-potential sectors such as semiconductors and electric vehicles.
What I Bring to the Table:
I have hands-on experience as a real estate agent during my college years and am currently exploring opportunities to transfer my license to Arizona. I’m open to brokerage inquiries and excited to contribute my skills to the local market.
What I'm Looking For:
I'm actively seeking "live and flip" opportunities to kickstart my real estate portfolio in Arizona. My goal is to leverage equity through private money lending (PML) partnerships while building valuable relationships within the local investment community.
How I Can Add Value:
With 6+ years of experience running various businesses, I can offer high-level and detailed technical insights to help visualize and automate your operations effectively.
For example, I’ve developed a dashboard that tracks company expansions across the greater Phoenix area in real time. Additionally, I created MEC (Material Estimator Calculator), a unique residential renovation software that automatically calculates a bill of materials (BOM) based on the property’s condition.
Overall, I’m thrilled to escape the Seattle rain and connect with fellow investors here in Arizona. I look forward to bringing a fresh perspective to this community—feel free to reach out if you'd like to grab coffee or lunch!
