I haven't done this, but there's many books on the topic with sample forms how to structure....just getting a bit creative here in this thread.We haven't seen a market where this would be needed in recent years, but usually in down markets like 2008 - 2014 this was more common, and the OG investors who wrote books and did seminars back in the late 80's / early 90's would tout this strategy.
