They want to refi 20 mins after purchase at appraised value, they want to be told the secret sauce of a guru's 'system' vs learning on their own, they want hard money at prime rates, etc.  

You can be as hands off as you want, but the more you hand off to others, the less you make.....unless you have found a secret sauce that allows you to pay them less while working for you than they would make while working for themselves.This all might sound very discouraging.

The secret sauce though is in the "prescreening"... 

I am always leery of any company that claims to sell a special sauce that no one else has that is guaranteed to work. 

Although, I do have to admit most are not worth the time, effort or headache especially as investors are educated and realize that most advisors don't have any "special sauce".

If you are able to make a secret sauce where those numbers are doable, you're going to break the market!

I have about 30 of them and let the guests take them if they want.Beach towels, plenty of spices in the kitchen, spaghetti & sauce for a quick meal for late arrivals, flour, sugar, oils, etc etc.Plenty of coffee pods in a nice variety.

sauces, anything that people are willing to share, etc.
