That way if they are pigs or refuse to not smoke or obey pet rules it might be easier to get them out quickly, hopefully they also would not be able to stiff me for more than one months worth of rent if they were scamming by couch surfing and not paying rent etc...

Was doing some surfing tonight and just saw that 2 of my landlords have dissolved LLCs and I'm worried about what can come in the future if they don't fix it quick.
