All of these can work but whining and standing on the sidelines never does.

Have cash pile up, cannot find good deals of retail SFH in past 3-4 years however, I have been standing on sideline since.  

I didn't want to continue to sit on the sideline with such a wonderful networking/educational tool at my disposal.

Do you think it is prudent or foolish to wait and monitor from the sidelines?

@William Brown..The crash actually Catapulted my business, since most investors sat on the sidelines...Over 40 RE transactions ...Most of my projects included Rehabbing SFR, Renting, Owner financing and Turnkeys......Still maintain a solid portfolio..;)..Looking for great Multi units and Flips in AL and GA....also a licensed agent in both states since 2016..Woop Woop!!!...

Guess it's more of a vent but is it time so sit on the sideline for a while and see if the market corrects?

But there is a lot of money on the sidelines as well, some coming from institutions willing to fund me in other areas.All of this presents great opportunities because I no longer need to convince people to open their wallets.

While I've been on BiggerPockets for a while now, reading and learning, growing our family kept me on the sidelines.

It's not my main gig but with deals harder to find I have some cash on the sidelines and I like to keep it busy. 

I'm on the sidelines focusing on the day job and my family for now, but if I came across the right house at the right price I'm a buyer.
