@James Dow the island of Eleuthera is awesome if you want an island where the pace is slow, the beaches are long, and you can relax without the touristy bombardments.

I heard from a few people that they have relaxed the rules a little bit recently.

You can show timelines from start to finish, profit margins, etc. this should help prove competence and relax tensions (also wallets!)

The lack of restaurants and nightlife are a bit concerning, but it seems many come here to relax and enjoy the spas, not to go out and party.We would obviously have to hire a regular housekeeper, handyman, and pool guy.

When I met him he was keeping the properties for rental income, not doing a flip.A change of activity can be relaxing and rewarding even if it is work.

Take time to relax and gather your composure.

I'll echo @James Carlson's gripe, I hope that the metro area starts relaxing the ADU restrictions to help with the affordability and supply issues soon.
