I personally put them on a schedule, long term, because I do not have the time to do the work myself and contracting it out all in one shot comes with a large bill.  

Plus, I’m not a “people person” and I know my weaknesses. 

Separately I have a personal umbrella policy.  

They are almost never finding you off market properties or have pocket listings you can get first glance at.For me, the only thing I want from an agent is responsiveness.

They want to pick up the phone and call or text and get an instant response from their cleaners.

Keep in mind that many responsible agents tend to be conservative with their valuations, especially in today’s market, where properties aren’t moving as quickly as they once did.If we’re in a conservative market, pricing on the lower end may make sense, but it’s always good to weigh your options carefully.

Hi @Ryan Kinoshita,I personally recommend Chase business for a few reasons: Really easy to work with, really good sign on incentives for both their accounts and business credit cards, and there are branches all of over the country making it easy to handle your business from anywhere.

And the owner is very responsive to questions or issues (emailed him at night and received a reply within a few hours).
