Hello Erik congrats on looking at your first deal both exciting and freaking terrifying at the same time here are some of my thoughts and they are just that my thoughts take from them what you will.Area- Good area, and good size house.

After some analysis you will be able to look at a property and tell whether it is a $20K rehab or a $25K rehab based on look and size and the work that you are willing to put into it.What profit is the right profit?

But if you plan on looking at real estate at these locations, then prior to booking tickets and leaving, initiate communication with local realtors, property managers, accountants, or folks on BP who know the locations.

After little more research, I think I want to concentrate on looking at and near North Port, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers areas.  

Outsourcing is what I will do, but wondering, in terms of content, what is important to have in the beginning, then later build on.  Looking
