But if their beds and couches are still there then yes.

I get tired of reading how a person needs 800 thread count sheets, plush towels, an espresso machine, a fancy couch with Corinthian leather, top of the line mattresses, etc. 

IE big screen maybe a table and chair a couch bed on the floor cloths in the corner on the floor etc.. 

I kinda feel like this one is ment to be I dreamed of these units for years, then here they pop up, the numbers are looking good, and the immediate area is growing. so im getting off the couch for my first deal!!!

I have the basics in each side already (bed, sheets, couch, table, light wall decor, along with all appliances).How much more should I add?

IE dog food, dog hair on the couches, backyard looks like a dog lives there, or anything else such as your hard wood floors are showing damage I would send a 3 day quit letter and start evicting them if they don’t dump the dog.  

What if their couch didn’t fit?

And while it may be a smaller project, I'm sure it beats nothing for something who isn't on a job site already and would otherwise be at home on the couch with the tools sitting in the garage for the weekend.

The next step up from that is one in each place where people would conceivably sleep (like in the living room, for people that sleep on the couch).
