If you have a full time job I wouldn't try to juggle all three. 

This tenant is trying to juggle too many balls.

Contractors are juggling more than one job .  

With this pandemic, it had made it even more apparent that we all need more than one source of income, because you never know what is going to happen outside your control that will put a stop to that.I think being an architect and now a project manager, it can help being in investing because we are used to juggle many different disciplines and trades and able to know how they all fit in and work together. 

With each property it gets a bit harder because imagine property number 3,4,5,6, and so on, you're going to have to juggle multiple rentals to ensure they're all at break even or cashflowing (in real life and on your tax returns when adjusted by the lender) in order to "keep" qualifying going forward.

NO juggling cars or hassles with that.  

LOL  Juggled 3 flip properties; one completed and the next two should hit the MLS within a month.

I feel I've been doing a very good job of saving for retirement so far (200k in my 401k; 100k in my investment a/c; 75k in my roth ira) and with an annual salary of 160k; I still feel good but a bit tense in the sense whether I should juggle some savings to debts to primarily reduce my home payment.

As I begin to juggle more interested tenants how do I fairly choose the right one?
