With each property it gets a bit harder because imagine property number 3,4,5,6, and so on, you're going to have to juggle multiple rentals to ensure they're all at break even or cashflowing (in real life and on your tax returns when adjusted by the lender) in order to "keep" qualifying going forward.

I feel I've been doing a very good job of saving for retirement so far (200k in my 401k; 100k in my investment a/c; 75k in my roth ira) and with an annual salary of 160k; I still feel good but a bit tense in the sense whether I should juggle some savings to debts to primarily reduce my home payment.
