Has anyone invested internationally in the Dominican Republic?

We own our primary, own a STR internationally, 3 commercial buildings, and a 4-unit apartment building - so we are highly familiar with real estate but here's a new conundrum.

Orlando draws international, multigenerational families for the parks (it's good that your brother purchased a 6bed/5bath home, because 5+ bedrooms is highly sought after by guests there). 

I also have to mentioned that the biggest advantage of using AI is for internal company usage, especially in a companies where it has multiple product, multiple supplier , or producing very competitive product ; company like home depot , medical device or even Adobe, can really make killing productivity by leveraging AI.For people in tech, the ability of AI to generate a code , a database or to articulate complex system , is very valuable.I have been moving from search engine to AI too in last few months and result was great.

Indeed, as a previous international banker covering the Americas ex-US and Canada, I was warned that merely suggesting that we might do something in Belize would get me fired.

-what's interesting would be .... a loose-end different team brokerage like Exp , one team/agent is okay to have 2% retainer fee, the other one would ask for 2.5% and so on and other would offer flat fee, maybe they would have more agent internal competition inside.- this would impact large brokerage in expensive state like CA for sure.- but i think at the end it would create more and more local brokerage and reducing nationwide brokerage like re/max or exp or compass.

You can potentially be getting travel nurses, other business professionals, interns, etc.

We also work internally to manually check the numbers we get from the model. 

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.
