It bears mentioning that the money is already on the books to be injected in the greater Augusta area for the next 5-7 years, given all the Cyber driven growth, so I'd question whether or not a recession would really 'hurt' as much here as other regions.

There are rules that restrict how the money can be deployed, with the general principal being that everything has to be 100% exclusively for the benefit of the IRA and you cannot receive benefit or inject value personally into the IRA.There are several professionals here on BP that provide both models of service.

However, the cooler temperatures coupled with significant shower/washer use in the basement injects plenty of moisture that creates damp clothes ("damp" was used by my tenant).
