Successful JV strategy for a luxury hotel condo project
Hello BP Nation, I am representing potential investors and owner/developer. Proposed project is a luxury hotel/condo project. Owner of the land is willing to vend in and the investor group wants to bring in their investors and maintain control of who the operator will be. Do any of you have expertise in the steps so that everyone is protected? Thanks! Penny
