You still have to wait 120 days from the first missed payment to file than another 60 days for proceedings,(Dodd Frank) minimum, if the borrower files a bankruptcy in that time frame everything stops immediately until the bankruptcy is ruled on.

The higher the outside investment return, the longer it will take to catch up.I corrected it on my last message:If the outside investment return is 10%, the insurance + investment overpass the investment in year 9.at 15% return, it will be on year 15.at 18% it will be on year 29,at 20% you'll probably be dead before :-(.These time frame are taking into account a 20% flat tax.See rest of my comments and table in the quote part
