I literally have our inspectors plug in the device and we're up.The last benefit, which wasn't even intended at the start, is guest email collection. 

We manage 10+ MTRs in Indianapolis and another 40+ STRs.

Ex: Best inspector to get for section 8 inspection.

We are in the Indianapolis market and manage about 62 properties right now. 95% of those being STRs and MTRs.

I would not cancel the deal- I would allow the seller to do his thing, then schedule a final walkthrough  and bring a 3rd party with me (contractor, handyman or inspector). 

You want an unbiased Inspector.

I invest in the Bay Area and Indianapolis.

Even some home inspectors don't seem to realize this one.

For a new investor, it's nice to know you're not on an island all by yourself trying to figure it all out.I did travel to Indianapolis to visit the team on the ground.

Side tip, if you decide to close without using a agent (not usually a good idea in a new market) then you need to 100% get an inspection (using your own inspector, not the listing agents) and be there during the inspection, title insurance (as always), and have a pre-existing relationship with a property manager.
