Contrary to the residential housing market, apartment is the hottest commercial property sector in the Bay Area currently and across the US.

Realtor.com just predicted that the Sacramento-Roseville Metro area will be the #4 hottest market in the nation in 2017.

Cushman & Wakefield, an international real estate services & brokerage firm, recently released a new research report entitled Cool Streets - Explore the Hottest Urban Retail Markets across North America, and Indianapolis had two (2) streets included on the Top 100 list of Coolest Streets in North America.

People wont touch houses that are in certain neighborhoods that were once the hottest neighborhoods to buy in.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I live in one of the hottest markets in the US.The most important lesson I've learned so far is which areas to target.
