Everyone always think the grass is greener somewhere else.

The world of investment returns is like another planet.

Also, people from other countries still want to come to the US because we are still the best country on the planet.

Reality is that tenants are generally the most irresponsible indivulaes on the planet. 

grass is always greener on the other side of the hill.. constant social media of how to get rich with non of your own money etc etc.really just an extension of MLM marketing at its core..  

It will be a constant battle but a battle that I know will have a greener pasture on the other side.

At the time, I was greener than grass and can see how my question was misguided and confused.

While the grass may not always be greener I wanted to begin building my team as mentioned by @davidgreene in the long distance real estate book but outside of that, are there any investors currently in Dover that wouldn't mind sharing any wisdom that's unique to the area?
