Im in the education phase of Real Estate Investing and I'm on BP book number 3: The BRRR book by David Green! I've loved everything I read so far (How to Invest in Real Estate, Long Distance Real Estate Investing) but I wanted to hear from you guys before cracking open my next book!

For all of you who read it, what things especially stood out to you that you are using today? How long did it take? After finishing it, what did you read next? How did your BP reading inform some of the deals you did afterwards?

Thanks for sharing!

I'm about 80% through the BRRRR book and it's a great book. I bought the long distance investing book and haven't started on that one yet. David Greene really helps you visualize the different indirect tricks on how to assemble your team. It's a very good read. I'm looking forward to reading his out of state real estate investing book next.
