Investing in Dover Deleware
Hi all I'm new here but know the vast breadth of knowledge that lives here in this forum. So with that I wanted to introduce myself my name is Julius and I'm a real estate investor in Md. As of late I've been considering the move of investing in Delaware, Dover to be specific. I find there's a larger pool of properties that meet my investing criteria. While the grass may not always be greener I wanted to begin building my team as mentioned by @davidgreene in the long distance real estate book but outside of that, are there any investors currently in Dover that wouldn't mind sharing any wisdom that's unique to the area?
