Countertops should not be an ugly, weird color, but need not be granite, high end.

Added some new floor joists and concrete footers in the crawlspace, replaced all subflooring, added LVP throughout home, opened up two walls, new paint throughout, new everything in kitchen including granite countertops, converted half bath into a full bath by adding a shower, major landscaping/tree cleanup.

New ceramic tile throughout the home, and matching granite countertops in all baths.

We're talking new roof, new electrical (wiring too, not just box), new AC, new kitchen with granite, stainless, porcelain at a diagonal, serious landscaping.

Or what about granite installers, who provide installation as well as granite?  

The house has been remodeled pretty well with an open concept, granite counter tops etc.

I currently work and have worked construction for the past ten doing tile, perfect granite countertops and other masonry like brick, and natural stone. 

Some will tell you you need a new kitchen because "everyone wants granite these days!!"
