I was looking to move to live in the Miami area this month but its postponed due to the virus..The plan was to find a job with a property management company and although the plan hasn't changed only postponed, my question is are these companies still working ( i guess they are ) but are they hiring as normal.

My secondary goal for the year was to get my real estate salesperson license, and while I completed the required education to take the exam, it has been pushed back due to the virus all the way to July. 

They tend to study a lot and would be public safety aware (although I have some who would like to get the virus so they can just not have to worry about it; stupid happens everywhere).  

Don't know if anyone else saw this, but you can add your property if you have any tenants in the Houston city limits impacted by the virus.

I recommend that all landlords have the free Corona Virus Deferral Lease Agreement (https://www.american-apartment-owners-association.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Coronavirus-Rent-Deferral-Agreement.pdf) on hand and have tenants who need a deferral offer proof of filing for unemployment.

The virus does not care when your lease ends.

I will make ~10% net profit from the sale.I think the housing market will retreat in Seattle area in the next 1-2 years, the full economic impact of the virus and lockdown is not yet showing up in RE market yet.

Without Corona virus, we would have likely started this in June. 

Given the situation at hand, with many STR investors losing income due to this virus, is this a good opportunity to find good deals on vacation rentals?
