Fiction in Today’s Market When discerning the truth of what the data is telling us, it is important to ask these 3 questions: Have we reached the peak and where are the opportunities lying in this market?

Victorian Village, Worthington, Short North were especially impressive areas. 

If its on an arterial or in a LR zone or urban village,  probably not.   

I know a good financial advisor in Thousand Oaks/West Lake Village.

It was in the best area (in my opinion) of New York City... the West Village.

@Dillon Hudson I'd maybe start by looking at properties in Conroe, Tomball, Jersey Village, Humble, Porter, New Caney, Kingwood. 

North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

We do have monetary reserves and we've narrowed our scope to locations around Albany Park, Rosco Village, Irving Park etc.

Then my concern for properties I read and hear about seem almost fictional.
