After exhausting attempts to resolve the matter amicably, it has become apparent that I need legal assistance to navigate the eviction process.I'm looking to potentially retain any law services or eviction representation.

It doesn't appear this is gaining traction, but I'm at least piping up just in case.There are already services doing stuff like what's been discussed here.

I'd like to exhaust my options locally like how someone mentioned venturing out to further out suburbs and whatnot to see if I can find some deals out there.

We do have some maintenance tasks that need to be completed prior to the extended stay like getting a fence, getting the siding repaired from a burst pipe, some washing machine maintenance too. 

When a pipe bursts, it's up to you limit the damage and find contractors who can fix it in a timely measure.

Also, guests break things, clog pipes and wreck a LOT of towels.

For example: no hot water but it's a brand new water heater, faucet leaking and brand new faucet, kitchen sink leaking and it's a new sink and pipes underneath.
